Crystal has been with McDermott Insurance for 15 years now. She excels in servicing our existing clients by completing personal lines account reviews, working renewals and handling various service issues. On a daily basis she is advising clients on the proper coverages, discounts and making updates to their policies. Crystal is also responsible for Personal Lines New Business Sales. She has a close personal relationship with so many clients and truly enjoys helping protect our valued clients. When Crystal is not in the office she enjoys time with her 3 children and husband Travis. She has dedicated many hours coaching youth softball, rooting for University of Alabama and volunteering in her community.
