Matt acts at the President of McDermott Insurance Group. He has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry and has a passion for outstanding customer service. Matt’s role is providing the direction, vision and managing the operations of the agency. Matt also assists with new business and servicing our clients with a focus in Commercial and Life Insurance. Matt is a Central Ohio native and Ohio State Graduate. He resides in Licking County with his wife, Mandi and three children. Matt is active in many local organizations as well as youth sports. While not at work he enjoys traveling, boating, golf, and time with family and friends.
